The ProjectConvertor.exe can be used to convert from the pre-7.2 binary Oracle capture project file format to a XML format.
To use
– Download either the 32-bit or 64-bit ProjectConverter zip file and extract to a single directory
– From a command line, ProjectConvertor.exe
NOTE: It is a good practice to backup the MSE file before converting since the conversion updates the MSE file.
